'The Secret' Trailer

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UPA5GPyVWq8

The Secret

Everyone needs to read about this. There's a DVD/Book is called "The Secret" and it was featured on Oprah and other shows: http://www2.oprah.com/spiritself/slide/20070208/ss_20070208_284_101.jhtml

Here's the official site: http://thesecret.tv/home.html

I am going to watch the movie and read the book. I read about it on Oprah.com and watched the trailer of the movie and I got the general message that if you put your mind to it, you will succeed in what you are willing to do... whether it be in losing weight, having a better marriage, forgiving people, getting out of debt, changing some bad habits... whatever! They talk about sending out positive thoughts/vibes to attract that in your life.

"What we do is we attract into our lives the things we want, and that is based on what we're thinking and feeling. The principle explains that we create our own circumstances by the choices we make in life. And the choices we make are fueled by our thoughts—which means our thoughts are the most powerful things we have here on earth.”

Nobody likes a negative person. Even if you feel like your life is so horrible, they talk about turning that negative thought into a positive thought. Simply changing your language can start to make a difference in your attitude and goals. When asked how you are, you shouldn’t respond with phrases like "I'm surviving." Instead say things like, “I'm phenomenal. I'm great'. Even in the midst of all—I'm great. I'm great because I made it through.”

They say everyone has the RIGHT to be anything they want… happy, healthy, fun, beautiful… You just need to believe it!

“Make a decision. Do you have the right? Are you ready for it? Are you ready to look in the mirror and love every inch? Make 2007 about showing up in the now for you.”

“…be grateful for your health and choose to stay healthy and whole… start every single day saying, ‘Thank you for the health I have.' Say, 'I love my legs because they're working functionally.’ Concentrate on your health and wholeness every day, and you'll attract more health and wholeness every day.”

You can do this with your bead business! Make goals.

  • I’m will have this many parties a week/month.

  • I’m will mention this beading business to everyone at my parties and out in public.

  • I will be a more positive Consultant to attract positive sign-ups to build a strong team.
  • I will sign up one new person (or more) a month to receive the $100 sign-up bonus and earn commission on these new consultants.
  • I will find time to make jewelry for myself.
  • I will be creative in my jewelry designs.

We all have different goals. I know my thing is getting into shape for my Hawaii trip in May, and being a more positive person. I know that this world can be hard to be positive in because of war, crime, murders, corrupt people, even the weather. I think we have a lot to be grateful for. A warm bed to sleep in, food to eat, water to drink, clothes to wear…

I really suggest getting this DVD and/or book. People say it is changing their lives! Go to

Happy Beading! Happy Living!

Open House Display Jewelry
The open house was a success! We love seeing the Consultants come out and mingle with each other and share their beading ideas.

We had a "Valentine's Day" theme. We had a lot of fun PINK, CRYSTAL, and RED examples of jewelry.

Above, are pictures of the jewelry that was on display.

Thanks to all those that came out and helped us with what we needed. :)

Teri B. made this set with different sized Silver Plated beads. For example, on one strand she used all 4mm and on the other strands she used 5mm.

She added a little color in there with a 4mm Red Swarovski Crystals.

Sandra S. used the Silver Plated Wire with 12mm Crystal Faceted, 6mm Rose Cube, 8mm Glass Pearl to make this.

She weaved the middle beads in to make a pendant. So creative.
