Building Your Business Night

Bryan Thayer mostly talked about the following:

All About Beads has such a great opportunity for everyone. For less than $1,000 you can be a part of a business and make money within 60 days on your own schedule! That’s AMAZING. We should all be willing to spread this business because it will benefit both you and the people who sign up.

You should define your “Why”. In other words, why are you involved in All About Beads? To make some extra money? To pay the bills? To get away? Write this “Why” down somewhere and put it up somewhere where you will see it. This should motivate you to be more involved in your business because your reason is there to remind you. We naturally move toward what we picture in our minds.

“When your WHY gets stronger… the HOW gets easier.” – Jim Rohn

A great point Bryan made was “The women who have more consultants on their team aren’t any smarter. They think BIGGER.” These women who think bigger recognize and understand the big picture of All About Beads and the benefits you get by having a team.

Every Consultant should have a Contact List that must be your #1 inventory to have. Keep a log of who you meet in a nice notebook and keep it in mind for anything you do. You never know when you may think of that person or when that person may think of you and NEED you.

You should look for opportunities to meet people...

Go in the Bank lobby or Restaurant instead of the drive-thru.

Stay off your cell phone when waiting in line or in a waiting room.

Choose to sit next to people.

Make eye contact with people and even start a conversation. Genuinely compliment them on something. “By being interested and recognizing something unique or special about them, you elevate the conversation to a connection.”

Always have your business cards on hand and even brochures. The brochures and company newsletters are great to keep on hand, so when you are waiting you can pull it out and read it, even though you may have read it a million times. People will notice.

“If people don’t know you’re in business, then you’re not in business.”

You should represent the business when you are out and about by wearing the jewelry. Women love jewelry and may be looking for a way to make it and make money, but they don’t know where to find it. That’s your job to tell them about it. You never know if they are “looking” for you.

You should send out the type of attitude that you wish to attract to your team. Find that person that is even more excited about the jewelry and business than you are!
